I have a small query which has not been answered yet. I want to start a computer training institute and would someone be kind enough to share his/her knowledge on how to do it or what are the legal formalities involved. Do I need to register it as a private ltd company or do I need to register it as a Society registration? I am confused and any help in this matter will be highly appreciated.
