Surbhi - Competency mapping in the hotel Industry. Can you please describe your project in detail or the scope of the project. Do you ahve to do a competency mapping, suggest an approach or build a framework. What is the exact nature of your project.

hey thx 4 d reply...actually its just been few days dat i have joined d project..n since my HR remains really busy..so i have very little knowledge abt it...as far my knowledge they have identified few competencies and taken interviews of few ppl..i am really confused how to go abt it...wat r the tools n techniques i shud select since it has to b done 4 d whole organisation which consist of more than 650 employees..i'll send u d power point dat i have made..if any changes do let me know..

Dnt get disheartened n confused . can understand that ur feeling lost since u've not got proper guidance n roadmap 4 ur project. i suggest u try n talk 2 ur project incharge about what are the expectations n objectives of your object-until u do that its jsut nt possible 4 u 2 make a start. even if u do-there r full chances of going the wrong way. once thats clear, can tell you some processes n methods through which you can get going.
