which kind of policies corporates using nw a day.

CL - Casual Leave; SL - Sick Leave; PL - Paid Leave/Earned Leave(EL); LWP-Leave without pay.
Bhavesh the Leave rules are decided by the nature of business you are into which in turn decides the applicability of Law for eg. whether Factories Act is applicable or Shops & Estab Act is applicable and then some states have even special laws for Holidays etc.
