CL - Casual Leave; SL - Sick Leave; PL - Paid Leave/Earned Leave (EL); LWP - Leave without pay.

Bhavesh, the leave rules are decided by the nature of the business you are in, which in turn determines the applicability of the law. For example, whether the Factories Act or the Shops & Estab Act is applicable, and some states even have special laws for holidays, etc.
