Need Help Creating a Comprehensive Checklist for Factory Act 1948 Compliance?

Hi, Friend. I have a need for a checklist regarding the Factory Act of 1948. This includes items such as Factory Act Return, notice for accidents, renewal of factory license, requirements for restrooms, creche, toilets, first aid boxes, ambulance, and welfare officer.

I am looking for the list of critical labor reports to be submitted/maintained by HR with respect to a factory/manufacturing unit. Although I am aware that some of the reports vary from state to state, and there are many such labor reports that exist, please tell me only those reports (excluding PF, ESI, and Income tax) which an HR should maintain.
