How Do You Link Performance to Competency Mapping? Seeking Insights from HR Experts

This is Sony here. I have been in HR for the last 4 and a half years. I have recently attended a workshop based on Performance & Competence Development.

May I request any of our HR Gurus on Cite HR to help in understanding "Performance linked to Competency Mapping," etc.? Maybe provide the entire process in a flow chart.

I will go through this and will try to incorporate it into my learning. I am yet to get the project work based on Competency Mapping. After I get that work, if I find any difficulty, then I will trouble you again.
