Filter Xls Download

Pls find the attachment file&Pls tell me how to creat this in excell with screen shot.

It's done by Data validation. From the Excel File menu (2007)
First to select an area which we need validation as yes or No.
1. Go to file menu - Data - Data validation.
2. Data validation - settings- inthe validation criteria
Allow box u have to selet list.Then in the source box you have to
type yes , no (what list u want u can type there).Then click ok.

Open this file with extention .xlsx
then save this with extention .xlx
then open with this throrgh windows 2003
you will get it open

Open this file with extension .xlsx
then save this with extension .xlx
then open with this through windows 2003
you will get it open
