Really this site have given lot to HR professionals, moreover its a common plateform where we can share our views with each other.
Friends I have found very limited postings in context of social corportae responsibility and I am focusing on the same and in the process I have made a small presentation on CSR for my company which I am sharing with you friends.
Pls focus on this context because lot of things needs to be done.
