Need Help Displaying Wage Payment and Rate Notices Under Payment of Wages Act, 1936

I have to display the Notice indicating the date of payment under rule 8 and the Notice indicating Rates of wages under rule 20(2) of the Payment of Wages Act, 1936. Can you help me with the same?

Dear Satish,

What help do you require? You need to make a notice board and keep it near the main gate. Please write the minimum wages of different grades as per the notification and also include the date of payment.

What is the confusion? I am unable to understand.
