Good effort. One more point need to be added is change in the management's perception.
Ex: as a small company they want loyal, committed, hard working employees and once the company grows & becomes big ( specifically the affordability to pay increases ) all of a sudden the high fi fundas / jorgans like employabiity, professionalism, top instituions etc will come in to their minds and forgets about the basics, then the old timers will loose the interest and plan to move. By the time the management realises the damage is already happend and can't do any thing.
