Good effort. One more point that needs to be added is a change in the management's perception. For example, as a small company, they want loyal, committed, hard-working employees. Once the company grows and becomes bigger (specifically, the ability to pay increases), all of a sudden, high-flying ideas like employability, professionalism, top institutions, etc., come to their minds, and they forget about the basics. Then, the old-timers lose interest and plan to move on. By the time the management realizes the damage that has already happened, they can't do anything about it.
