Dear Sonia,

I enjoyed your presentation on job hopping! Hopping happens because hoppers hope against all odds! Nice one. You've put in a lot of effort into the content as well as on the special effects! I liked it.

Thanks,

Hi Sonia,

Good effort. One more point that needs to be added is a change in the management's perception. For example, as a small company, they want loyal, committed, hard-working employees. Once the company grows and becomes bigger (specifically, the ability to pay increases), all of a sudden, high-flying ideas like employability, professionalism, top institutions, etc., come to their minds, and they forget about the basics. Then, the old-timers lose interest and plan to move on. By the time the management realizes the damage that has already happened, they can't do anything about it.

Thanks and regards,
Kameswarao

Hi Sonia,

The presentation was really good. You could have elaborated on the psychological aspect more. Also, people don't leave their jobs because of bosses, but leave their bosses. Otherwise, the presentation was good.
