Hello,
In order to comply with Payment of Gratuity Act, is it Mandatory / Compulsory to have a Gratuity Fund with the Insurance. Or Companies can do away by creating a provision. Please advice.

So far till date, only the Govt of Andhra Pradesh, Last Year implemented this provision of section 4 of having gratuity fund with the Insurance.
Except AP Govt, non of the Govt has implemented this.
