I can only tell you about the first two. Even for that, you need to get it validated from a friend of mine who is a recruiter with a good IT company. I'll just ask her to post you a reply. But according to me:

0-3 years: 18K to 24K in northern India. The rest I'll just leave to you.

The average salary could be as follows:
0-3 years = 1 Lakh - 4 Lakhs
3-6 years = 2.5 Lakhs - 7 Lakhs
6-12 years = 4.5 Lakhs - 15 Lakhs

That's all I knew about in the IT market. Hope this will give you an idea.
