New PF Challan Format: Has Anyone Received the Latest Version Yet?

Dear Seniors,

I heard from the SBI Manager that a new format of PF monthly challan has come into force. :confused: If anybody has the same, would you please share?

Dear Prashant,

There are some places where the EPF Organization has fully implemented computerization, and only there the new challan format is being used as per my knowledge. I am attaching a copy of the same herewith. Please inquire at the PF Office for the exact date of implementation in your region.
