New to PF Challan Preparation: Should We Combine Arrears into One Payment?

Indian HR
Hi friends,

I am very happy to write this message to all. I am new to this site, citehr, and I want to learn new things using this site's resources and members. I have some doubts regarding the preparation of the PF Challan. Even though I have worked on it, please kindly correct any errors you find in the attached files.

In our organization, we have not paid some members' PF contributions for March, April, May, and June. We plan to pay these PF arrears next month. Should we make these payments in one challan or use separate challans for each month? Kindly clarify my doubts at your earliest convenience.

Thank you all, dearest HR professionals.

How much interest shall we make? How will we pay the interest? Is it monthly or a lump sum in rupees? Kindly provide the correct challan and please attach the file. Thank you.
