Please find below the list of documents required for the factory license:

1) Factory Drawings in triplicate
2) Form No. 1 in triplicate
3) Form No. 2 in triplicate
4) Form No. 1A in duplicate
5) Memorandum of Articles of Association in Duplicate
6) List of Directors
7) Form No. 32 under the Companies Act
8) Questionnaire in duplicate
9) Manufacturing Process Flow Chart
10) Sale Deed Copy in duplicate (your factory location)

Before proceeding, you have to obtain site approval from the Directors of Factories & Boilers.
