Can somebody out here help me out with the statutory forms and templates with respect to Shops & Establishment Act relating to Orissa & Uttarakhand?
Also would be helpful, if anyone can share the PF forms from the state (Form 2)?

Templates pertaining to labour/ S & E
like in TN, there are form Q, Form P etc.,
I would like to have similar templates for Orissa & Uttarakhand... Also i would like to get a scanned copy of the form 2 (pf employee nomination form).
Is there someone who can help me with this?
