Can I Pursue an LLB in Income Tax Law via Distance Learning in India? Seeking Guidance

Dear All,

I am a graduate and have completed my B.Com (H) from Calcutta University in 2008. I want to practice in the field of law with specialization in Income Tax. I am looking for an LLB course, preferably distance learning if possible, with Bar Council eligibility so that I can practice in any court of Law in India.

Please provide me with the details of the following:

1) Whether after graduation, can I take up the LLB Course?
2) If yes, what will be the duration of the course?
3) Whether it will be a full-time course, or can I take up a correspondence course?
4) Also, suggest the institutes and colleges offering such courses in India.
