Any Practice that deals with enhancing competencies,commitment and culture building can be considered as HR Practice.
The Practice can take the form of system, a process, an activity , a norm , a rule,an aceepted or expected habit, or just a way of doing things.
HRD is essentially constitutes three C's : Competencies,Commitment, Culture.
I would like to invite all HR professionals to share their companies best HR practices/Initiatives.
