How Do I Write an Appreciation Letter to Motivate an Employee After Training?

I want to know how to draft an appreciation letter to an employee for participating in a training course to make him/her feel motivated.

Hi Chinnu,

A separate team in every organization will be taking care of the process of Appreciation Letters. So, you need not worry about these activities. Just send an appreciation email to those who participated in the training course by including their RM and DL in CC of the (Kudos) Appreciation handling team.

They will automatically receive an Appreciation Letter or Appreciation Certificate from the Kudos team.
