The main issue or problem faced by the IT industry in India is retaining young employees, especially after training them. Due to a lack of talent in India, getting jobs with better pay packages and perks is not difficult. Today, a new young employee typically spends a maximum of one year in a company. This situation increases the cost for the organization.
