Hi Shaker,

I have one doubt with this calculation sheet. You have mentioned SPL All, but you have not calculated PF on SPL All. As per Minimum wages, SPL ALL is part of BASIC.

Total Basic = BASIC + DA + SPL ALL

This calculation sheet is okay, but as per the Labour Contract Act, the deduction of ESI has not been shown. It is mandatory for those who are getting a gross salary less than 15000 per month. Moreover, if there is no deduction of ESI, there should be a medical allowance shown as per the Wages Act.
