Questionnaire To Benchmark HR Policies Of IT Industry

can anybody provide me a questionnaire to benchmark HR policies of IT industry, plz help me i m really in need of dat :-|:cry:

Please do not request finished projects or questionnaires on this forum, without giving enough information.

Instead of asking for a completed project, please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then do a literature survey and formulate your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organisation). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Decide what hypotheses you want to test.

If you have not done any of the above essential preparation for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question.

Thank you for ur reply and the info.
I am a MBA student doing my summer project in an IT company. The topic of my project is HR Policies(given by the company). For framing the policies i need to do a survey of the industry standards for which i need a questionnaire benchmarking the HR policies of IT induatry.
If somebody can provide some guidelines hw to prepare a questionnaire on such a vast topic as HR Policies den it ll be a great help to me. The questionnaire which i need to prepare covers all the major topics of HR policy.

As I mentioned earlier please search the web and CiteHr to see if there are previous studies. And then base yours on those studies.
