I have recently become a member of this community.I am second year student of MBA(HR) at Amity Business School, Noida.Presently i am doing my internship at Tata Communications, VSB, Bangla Sahib Road, New Delhi.I am working on the project-A complete study of the Perfomance management system as operating at Tata Communications.I am looking for some insights into the topic so as to add some uniqueness and an unprecedented usefulness to my project report.:p
