No doubt, it is a very good plan, but it should not be used frequently. Try to use it only twice in two months.

It is really very difficult to follow this diet. I tried once but failed; it gives weakness in your body.

Nice one, but you have not mentioned whether we should do this before having our breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or after that. Just kidding.

Really very nice document, and I am definitely going to try this out. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful idea.

Good... very good... but only for reading. Very tough to implement, especially on oneself.

Hi,

This diet plan is good. I have tried it earlier and reduced weight as well. However, once you stop, you should have a proper diet plan; otherwise, you may also put on weight at the same speed.

So, learn how to reduce solid food intake and replace it with adequate fresh juice or other natural drinks. Initially, you will feel weak, but after 3-4 days, you will feel alright.

Yoga is a perfect alternative to this as it helps all the glands and other organs function normally, aids in burning excess fat (especially in unwanted places), and ensures a smooth flow of blood throughout the body. Best way to reduce weight. :) But learn it from a good teacher who does not do it just for money.

Thank you!

Well, I have already tried this, and it really works wonders! I lost 4 kgs in the 1st week, and when I repeated it, I lost 2 kgs. But I maintained a gap of 10 days before starting the 2nd time.

No doubt, this diet is good, but don't try it without proper doctor's support. One of my colleagues tried it, and by the end of 4 days, he was admitted to the hospital. :)

Dear all,

This is a very good diet, but if you have tried it frequently, then no other diet pattern will have an effect on your body. If anyone wants to lose weight, then exercise daily. As for the diet chart, please follow this:

- Eat like a king at breakfast
- Eat like a normal person at lunch
- Eat like a beggar at dinner

Alternatively, you may consult me for weight loss or gain. Please note that I do charge a fee for my services. My fee is that you have to follow the plan and inform me about the results.

A good plan, but you cannot stick to it for long. In the process, you're killing your desire to eat. Another solution to weight loss would be to eat right and exercise, even if four times a week. You get what you want in both ways.

Dear Riya,

Maybe you want to copy me. It is very satisfying for me because everyone wants to copy or maybe wants to act like their favorite person.

Anyway, if you want to increase weight, then please send your age, height, weight, daily diet routine, and any diseases you may have.

Dear Vipul,

This is very beneficial because we start our work in the morning with a lot of tasks, so we need more energy. Lunch provides us with the energy to sustain it. However, after dinner, we go to bed, so there is no physical activity, only our brain and organs work. All the food energy will be stored in adipose tissue, which means body fat. I am unable to send you an email at this time.

Hello Sanchita,

Thanks, dear. But believe me, for a person who loves to eat, this is really not possible. I tried it in the past for three days, and I also got results, but again I faced the same condition - I was not able to continue.

I appreciate your effort.

Dear Sanchita,

First of all, thanks for the reply. Actually, I was not trying to copy you; it happened because of a fault in encrypting, as most of the sites are blocked here in my office.

As for the details you asked for:
I am a 25-year-old unmarried girl, and my weight is 40 kg. I don't have any diseases as I have gone through many tests except for thyroid.

Regarding diet and eating habits, I am not a big eater and stay in a hostel, so I do not get good food. I need a proper diet chart that I can follow. Should I join the gym?

Regards,
Riya

GM Diet is a challenging diet. I tried it and benefitted from it. I could hardly see any difference in weight loss; however, I felt great after the 7-day program.

Here is a link that provides a detailed GM diet plan, especially for vegetarians: [GM DIET FOR VEGETARIANS | eBlogs](http://www.eblogs.in/moksha/gm-diet-for-vegetarians)

You cannot follow this alone; you need a lot of support to carry out this program. Seek help from your parents, spouse, or even your friends or siblings. It's worth doing this. Do not give up if you feel weak; it's only a matter of time. You'll be alright if you continue with water in those circumstances. Good luck to those who follow this diet plan.
Vishitha
Hi Jemayi,

I am on the second day of this chart. I will keep you posted about the results by the weekend.

Regards,
Vishitha.

I saw a slightly different diet plan from General Motors - I guess for non-vegetarians. See attached. You may like this one.

Hi Riya,

I didn't see this blog for a long time. Start your day with two tablespoons of dry fruits (almonds, raisins).

Breakfast: 4 pieces of sandwich (butter/potato/cucumber) + one egg + one banana + one cup of coffee.

Brunch: fruit salad with cream.

Lunch: veg pulao + two non-veg dishes + curry + raita.

Mid-afternoon: lassi with honey.

Evening: dahi vada or any heavy snacks.

Dinner: rice with non-veg/paneer + curry + one sweet.

Dessert: two to three tablespoons of custard/cadbury/kheer.

Water: at least 2-3 liters.

It is really effective. I have tried it once and lost 7 kgs, but after that whenever I tried, it has not worked out for me. Even last week, I was on the same but it has not given the same result. Maybe it's a once-in-a-lifetime kind of thing. Highly recommended for anybody who wants to lose weight in a week for an upcoming event.

Mr. Kuljeet,

I haven't tried this 7-day chart, but I always try to follow my diet, maybe sometimes exercise. Anyway, when I am feeling weak, I take a balanced diet.

Mr. Your Prem,

I don't know your name. You can follow my chart for at least 15 days and do some exercise for 15 to 30 minutes (maybe walking). If you have any other diet-related problems, inform me.
