I've been trying to understand how, after someone posted a question on this forum about Cement Industry Consultants, the Google search engine brought this topic to the #1 position on Google when searching for the term "Cement Industry Consultants". This is a major feat considering I've been trying to get my website to that position. (It's presently showing on Google's 2nd page). I suppose this is, perhaps, because of this CiteHR network?
