In Probation Period, Can Employer Terminate The Employee Without Any Notice

can an employer terminate an employee without any notice and wriiten intimation about his termination. and is it valid to write on appointment letter that we can terminate you any time without any notice and written intimation.

Yes, in probation period company can terminate without assigning any reason, but for that appointment letter must indicating that clause clearly.

when u are entering a contract in writing how can u terminate it verbally......?
u have to intimate the reason
