How Do I Create a Balanced Shift Roster for Support Staff Working Nights and Days?

Dear All,

Please help me out in creating a Shift Roster for the Support Staff. There are three people who usually work both night and day shifts. Therefore, I need to establish a roster indicating who will work nights and for how many days, as well as how they will fulfill their daytime duties and when they can have time off.

Dear Sahil,

As per your requirement, could you please create the roster considering whether they will be working a 6-day week with 5 days of 8 hours or 9 hours each?

Below is the format for a 6-day week with 9 working hours each day. You have the flexibility to change the personnel from the second week onwards or as needed.
