PF Eligible To Daily Wages(workers & Trainees)

Dear Sir,
My company comes under shops & Establishment act, I have a clarification, we have around 60 staff (Qualified) & around 40 staff are Like Daily Wages & Trainees is PF & ESI are eligible to even tempory staff like daily wages & Trainees are company is lible to pay for only 60 staff. can you please clear me this out.

Dear Kartik,
As per PF & ESI Act you have to pay PF & ESI contribution for all.
Please go through the definitions of the said Acts.

PF and ESI act is applicable to daily wager,temporary worker also.however if trainees are hired through apprentice act or through the provision of certified standing orders than ESI&PF is not to be paid against trainees.
