Hi,
Why dont you go for a PG diploma in admin and labour laws
run by institutes like madhurai kamraj or annamalia.
Or
you can do Master of labour management from madhurai kamraj.

Hi,
Starting with recruitment in HR is an easy bid, specially in times like this when the companies are hardly hiring, but then it becomes monotonous in an year or so, then the person starts moving towards the HR Generalist role,,,,,,,which is a much better bid in the long run.
Other developed area in India is Training and Development, where in initially the person has to work with coporates then gradually coporate working as well as freelancing good be done. For this diploma in training and development is an added advantage, "ISTD" is one such organisation which provides this diploma.

Hi,
With MBA HR, doing Dipoloma courses in Labor law will add value. But with this kind of qual you may be pushed to routine IR jobs. Would therefore suggest to get a HR Generalist profile for 2-3 yrs and move on to tranformational ( Strategic) HR role for carreer advancement.
All the best
