How Do I Transfer My PF to a New Employer? Urgent Help Needed!

Please help me. I want to transfer my PF from my old employer to my new one. Do I need to fill out a transfer form and get it signed by my old employer? What are the formalities for transferring PF from the old to the new? I am eagerly waiting for a reply. Please treat it as urgent.

In this case, you do not need to sign the transfer form from your old employer. Fill up the revised Form 13(a), get it signed by your new employer, and send it to the EPF office for further processing.
