I'm working as HR Trainee in a IT Co. Would like to know the total responsibility of a HR Person, plz guide me

As a trainee i hope you would be certianly given work allocation once you join the company.Any how since you are working in a IT company your major area i hope would on recuritment side,Employee relations etc.But please check with confied to your actual profile and work allocation with your reporting Manager.

Understand the vision and mission
business plan of the organisation
organisation structure-graph
job descriptions and specifications
etc... there are many areas that you can dive into depending on your interest and keeness to learn and move forward
