Here i am attaching a excel sheet which is needful for you to calculate EPF contribution.

Would like to make small correction in A/c 10 wages more than Rs. 6500/ will be treated as Rs. 6500 only.

Could any one of you please let me know the process to withdraw my PF amount.

u can withdraw your pf amount if :
1) After 2 months from the date of filling of withdrawal form
2) your employer will give u requisite PF withdrawal form just u fill it and sign and backto employer.
3) after two months PF office will send your payment on your bank account or send it by money order (depends on information given in PF form.

For EPF WithDraw : -
YOu go PF office After two month of complition,
Get Form NO. 19 & 10c (less then 10 years services).
Go with your past employer Get 3A Report of your last one year contribution.
Fill the form perfectly. YOu mention there nationalised bank A/c No. It shoud not be salary A/c. (because if the salary is not credited every month then it is autometically close after two month) or Combine A/c. (because another one also cash your PF money)
If you have any quary then collect the 19 & 10C form & behind that you find all information which is you needed

Please try to put the challan in legal format so that it can be used for submission purpose also. This is just a calculating sheet but if supported with full format of p.f. Challan, it will be of great use and help. Nice effort. Thanks, niraj.

pl's tell me what is process of PF challan in computer basis that means E-Tools return basis i don't know complete this basis.
pl's tell me how will generate?
