PF Calculations [Thread 170386]

Hello everyone,
I m new to this group and I m a fresher.
I will b very thankful, if anyone can help me with the calculations of PF.I am very confused regarding the contributions and the difference between PF nad EPF

Please fill form no 5 of PF[ provided by your company] ie withdrawal form and submit it to your previous company P&A dept. They will send it to PF office after completing due formalities & the money will automatically be credited into your bank a/c. Please carry 2 nos of revenue stamps and details of bank.
