New to PF and EPF? Seeking Help to Understand Contributions and Differences

I'm new to this group, and I'm a fresher. I would be very thankful if anyone can help me with the calculations of PF. I am very confused regarding the contributions and the difference between PF and EPF.

Please fill Form No. 5 of PF (provided by your company), i.e., withdrawal form, and submit it to your previous company's P&A department. They will send it to the PF office after completing the necessary formalities, and the money will automatically be credited to your bank account. Please carry two revenue stamps and provide details of your bank.
