Need Help Choosing an HR Mini Thesis Topic: Feedback and Suggestions Welcome

Hi all,

Can anyone please help me with a mini thesis on HR? I am currently pursuing my BBA major in HRM and am in my final semester, completing my internship program. At the end of this semester, I have to present a mini thesis. In the company where I am doing my practical training, there are a lot of training opportunities provided.

I have an idea to research the following topics:
- The role of training and development in organizations leading to improved performance
- Talent management: how firms identify and develop value-adding human resources
- Ethics related to employees in the company, for example, absenteeism
- The connection between education and the workforce.

Could anyone please provide feedback on the ideas I have mentioned or suggest any other HR topics? I would be grateful.

You are on the right track. Find out from the company which of the areas is more critical for them, or ask them to rank the above in the order of their preference or any other topic that will benefit them. Then, do some literature search. Please see my posts on projects and Research Methodology.
