Considering PGDHRM from Symbiosis: Can It Boost My HR Career with Better Pay?

I am new to this forum and have found it to be very helpful. I am planning to pursue PGDHRM from Symbiosis. I want to know the market or job value of this course. I have 3 years of work experience in the textiles field as a merchandiser. Can I get a job in HR with a good pay scale after completing this course?

I am awaiting quick replies from the folks who have done PGDHRM from Symbiosis as I need to make a quick decision for enrollment since admissions have already started. Your help is deeply appreciated.

Hi Neha,

Just by doing a course, no one will get a good job. First, build a good resume by gaining valuable experience in the field of HR. If you have good experience, strong presentation skills, the ability to progress, risk-taking capacity, and a passion for the HR field, then pursuing any small/big/regular/correspondence courses will enhance your resume.

Please don't mind me saying this, but I have observed individuals who have completed courses like PGDBA-HR from Symbiosis but lack performance.
