Need Help with My MBA Project on Performance Appraisals in Banking – Any Insights?

Hi, I am pursuing an MBA in HR, and I need to work on a project about performance appraisals. Could anyone please assist me in preparing it?

Please do not request finished projects or questionnaires on this forum without giving enough information.

Instead of asking for a completed project, please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then, do a literature survey and formulate your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organization). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Decide what hypotheses you want to test.

If you have not done any of the above essential preparation for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question.

Thank you for your kind advice. I have already collected some of the material related to the above-mentioned project and have decided on the framework for the design of the report. However, I am unsure of how to present the contents effectively. I would appreciate the opportunity to review the project that has already been prepared so that I can tailor mine accordingly.

You refer to the projects that are attached at CiteHR. I have attached 3. Use them as a model for structure only. Use the ones I have attached to learn how to cite sources and list the bibliography too. Please do not follow the way some of the projects are done in India, as the standard of citation is substandard even for an undergraduate's work. The structure should also conform to your university's requirements. Please read and digest the documents for which I have given links in my posts.
