Please do not request finished projects or questionnaires on this forum without giving enough information. Instead of asking for a completed project, please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then do a literature survey and formulate your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organisation). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Decide what hypotheses you want to test.
If you have not done any of the above essential preparation for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question.

I also made an attempt, a shortcut for easily getting the questionnaire, but I failed. I found all types of questionnaires over here but not our topic. It was very urgent for me, and there were no options at all. At last, lazy Sayana also decided to prepare a questionnaire by herself, and I did. For that, I referred to the factory act of welfare measure, company profile, their welfare facilities, questionnaire formats available over here, etc. So, all my experience shows that we become lazy because of the facilities available to us. Actually, all this is meant to make us more capable, but we are misusing these facilities. I am too in that list. At first, I got irritated when I read the reply by the moderator Mr. nashbramhall, advising not to expect someone else to send a questionnaire. At that time, I thought then for what purpose this citehr is for. Anyway, I know you people are also like me, so I am attaching my questionnaire with regard to welfare measures. I don't know how much I succeeded in preparing these questionnaires, but I hope it will also be helpful to you dudes.
