You can use grades like E-1 to E-8 for the executive cadre, E-9 for supervisors, and S-1 to S-3 grades. We have this in the Taj group of hotels where you are working.
Grade 1-9 (Non-Management)
Eg: (a) Asst to Sr. Supervisor
(b) Asst Steward to Sr. Captain / Maitre D' Hotel
(c) F.O.A to F.O. Supervisor
(d) Tr. Commis to C.D.P
(e) Room Attd / H.k. Attd to Sr. Supervisor
Grade 10-15 (Mid-Management)
Eg: (a) Executive to Manager
(b) Jr. Sous Chef to Exe. Chef
Grade 16-22 (Sr-Management)
Eg: Sr. Manager to Sr. EVP / Director
R M / GM to Sr. EVP / Director
