Would you please like to share about the long service award policy i.e.:
Eligibility, award etc.

hi Jay,
We do practice it in our company, we gift the person with a amount xyz after completing a service of 10 years, this keeps them motivating and charge others too. Although we raise this amount every year.

Rajshree is right. The number of years of course differs from organization to organization. We award them with a trophy/ momento and a cash prize as well. The cash prize differs for the number of years. (10 years of service, 15��20��.etc)
