Hi Jay,

We do practice it in our company. We gift the person with an amount of XYZ after completing ten years of service. This keeps them motivated and also inspires others. Additionally, we increase this amount every year.

Rajshree is right. The number of years of course differs from organization to organization. We award them with a trophy/ momento and a cash prize as well. The cash prize differs for the number of years. (10 years of service, 15��20��.etc)
