I need to prepare a training module for managers on leadership, motivation, etc. Can someone tell me what should be the contents of a training module? What points should I keep in mind while designing the module and how can I conduct the training effectively?

This requires really good content because training leaders and senior-level managers require a lot of psychological parameters. I suggest seeking help from a consultant or paying for a third-party training vendor who are good performers.

I know this message may not be of great help as I have no experience in training.
