Form V - Contract Labour Act

Dear Vadiraj, We issue form-V to the labour contractor/vendor for obtaining contract labour license if the no of contractual labour engaged is 20 or more. regards Brijesh

Thanks Mr. Brijesh... Is that the only condition where we issue Form-V or do we have any other exceptions? Do u mean to say that more than 20 employees by a single vendor at a single location/store (our premises) attracts this or any other exemptions... kindly clarify...
