When Do We Need to Issue Form V for a Labour License? Seeking Your Insights

Kindly let me know all those circumstances where we issue Form V to the vendor to obtain a Labour License from Central Authorities.

Dear Vadiraj,

We issue Form V to the labor contractor/vendor for obtaining a contract labor license if the number of contractual laborers engaged is 20 or more.

Thanks, Mr. Brijesh. Is that the only condition where we issue Form-V, or do we have any other exceptions? Do you mean to say that having more than 20 employees from a single vendor at a single location/store (our premises) triggers this requirement, or are there any other exemptions? Kindly clarify.
