It is unfortunate that this is happening to you.
Did you check with your immediate supervisor why this step is taken and there is no termination on the grounds that you have mentioned in this thread?
In case they are trying to do this on the grounds that you mentioned in this thread, then try contacting a Corporate Person to help you.

I would say, that you are right, but, there has to be a notification on why they are doing so and also pay the employee some amount as a part of sacking job.

i can understand the turmoil you are going trough .... dont lose heart.... i know it is difficult at this stage where u might e dependant on your Job for all the aspcts.... start applying for jobs and go in for interviews with a positive attitude.... some times there are very tough times .... but the tough times do not last for ever.... after a devastating forest fire there is new life budding every where .... the same for you to i would ersonally like to ask u to stay calm and try for new jobs .... most of the export houses would have their leagle cells so even if u take them to court u will not be interupting their day to day work where as u would be losing ur time effort emotions and money.... get up stand up and fight fo job by getting many interviews never bad mouth ur previous company but i am sure u have learnt a lesson now stay strong and u willl shine in life

Hi Rakesh,
would like to remind you something, in the recent past one huge company has collapsed and many of it's employees had to leave without any choice,left in their hands, few of them had families, fully relying on thier pay pockets.They all moved-on with life,nothing is permanent,you see, though it's natural to feel bad but life is all about ups and downs.Take it eazy...just look out for the right opportunity, read good books and focus on positive thoughts.
