Hi Rakesh,
First of all my sympathies to you. However, please understand that while you are in probation, the company may decide to terminate your services without assigning any reasons for the same. You have not mentioned the terms of your appointment, duration of probation period, whether there is any clause preventing or permitting the management to terminate your services without assigning any reasons etc. Please go through the letter of appointment carefully and if the company is following what has been mentioned and agreed to by you, there is very little you can do. Be courageous and graceful in accepting the inevitable. Ask them to give you a good experience certificate and tell them to mention the reason for leaving as "personal". I can understand how much painful it is for you, but all the same, in today's work life hiring and firing is becoming common. Do not lose hopes and I am sure, you will find something better soon as the markets are defintely showing signs of opening up.
All the best.
Krishnan
