I am working with a payroll management company. Here, I am attaching the detailed procedure followed by me in regular operations as well as the MIS. Please go through the payroll process attachment, Joining kit, and MIS format. Now, I got some useful information from you. I have a query regarding TDS... If we deduct PF, can we deduct TDS? According to my knowledge, TDS is deducted for contractors or professionals. Could you please clear my query?

Yes, you can deduct the TDS, but you have to provide the TDS certificate at the end of the financial year for all four quarters.
