Interview Questions & Answers

Dear All
I am a HR guy, working as Asst. Manager with generalist profile in a construction company – Hyderabad. I will be attending interview for Deputy Manager – HR (Generalist profile) position in a manufacturing industry on June 12, 2009. Can anybody send me the most possible questions ask by the interviewer & answers (if, possible) pertaining to subject in HR, IR, ADMN and general questions and answers too.

Questions that should be in the interview are in accordince to the job description you have
in another way... his interview is
1-to prove that he is capable for the position, as Job Description we have
2- he is the same at the CV. such like certificates etc........
3-to answer questions that we couldn't ask on steps before and we canot ask because of huminty
what Im trying to say is : there is no system for this query.. but it's sooooooooooooo easy, you will see ;)
