Confused About HR Courses After Your MBA? Seeking Advice on Diploma vs Certificate Options

Hello Everyone,

I have completed my MPM (Masters in Personnel Management). Currently, I am working with a semi-government company as an HR Executive. I would like to take up a course in HR. But I really don't know about what I should choose - a diploma course or a certificate course? I have already completed my Masters. Can anybody suggest a good course in HR after one has completed his/her MBA/MPM?
