While calculating the bonus, suppose during the year, a person takes 28 days' salary in a month of September. For his bonus calculation, should we take 28 days' basic salary or 30 days' (if the person's basic salary is $3250, should we take $3033 for that month or $3250 for bonus calculation)?

Dear Shifali,

It will be calculated on earned basic. If salary is paid for 30 days, it will be calculated on the basis of 30. If it is paid for 28 days, it will be calculated on 28.
