while calculation of bonus suppose during the year if a person take 28 days salary in a month of sep so, for his bonus calculation should we take 28 days basic salary or 30 days ( if the person's basic salary is 3250 should we take 3033 for that month or 3250 for bonus calculation)

it will be calculated on earned basic ,if slary is paid for 30 days ,it woill be calculated on
the basis of 30 ,itf it is paid for 28 days it will be claculated on 28.
