I have some queries regarding the WC policy and GPAI policy. can some one clear my doubt regarding the same.our some employees have crossed the ESI coverage and we took the GPAI policy of sum assured of Rs.200000/-each but anothe side our client is intend us to take the WC policy instead of GPAI.I would like to know is it mandatory to take the WC policy even though we are having the GPAI policy as well.
Is there any section or schedule in WC Act,1923?
