You have asked how you need to build a successful customer relationship, right?
Well, why not ask yourself 2 questions:
- Why do I need to please any customer who comes to my organization?
- Why is the customer always right, even if I disagree sometimes with him?
I'm sure these 2 questions will help you come up with what is the most important thing that a customer wants... "I require the best service because I am paying for the services rendered." If you really think about it, this is exactly what is going on in any customer's mind.
Just keep in mind that whenever you deal with a customer, always deal with respect and a smile. It will work wonders. I'm not saying there are no problems, but there is also something called creatively dealing. Don't you agree? Have I got you thinking? I hope so.
Keep in mind even small statements made by the customer like, "my son likes the color red." Who knows, you can capitalize on that statement and keep the customer satisfied.
