however i filled your format but for PF,bonus and grtuity it is ok but for ESI whatever payment is made monthly basis on salary sheet will attract ESI except washing allowance.

I know about the temporary employees, if an employees hiring on purely in temporary basis for a certain period. What benefits he will get. like, leave, duty hours, bonous ect.
