hi, Is it mandatory to deduct LWF amount employee share from his salary? or employer to deposit both the share from his side. or if employee salary to be deducted for submission of his share then should the employee be inform about this on time of joining?

It is mandatory to deduct LWF amount employee share from his salary.. and you have to inform employee at the joining time about LWF deduction.
